Information you provide

If you use the contact form, UpDownTreep Studio receives the name, email address, subject, and message you enter. The submission also receives a time, status, and opaque reference ID. The form does not ask for payment details, passwords, precise location, or files.

How the information is used

Contact information is used only to review and reply to the inquiry, prevent spam, protect the website, and maintain a practical record of the conversation. It is not sold, used for advertising, or added to a mailing list.

Technical data and service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify. Contact submissions and private owner authentication use Google Firebase. These services may process basic request data, such as IP addresses, browser information, and timestamps, to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.

The Flingrift browser demo loads the official YouTube Playables SDK script. Outside YouTube, Flingrift uses a local browser fallback and does not request a YouTube sign-in.

Flingrift browser data

The public Flingrift demo stores progress, settings, coins, cosmetics, and best score locally in the visitor's browser. UpDownTreep Studio does not receive that local save data. The demo contains no custom analytics, advertising, chat, account system, or payment flow.

If Flingrift later runs inside YouTube Playables, YouTube's platform services and privacy terms will apply to cloud-save and score features.

Sharing and international processing

UpDownTreep Studio does not sell contact information. Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, or when required by law. These providers may process data in countries where they operate.

Retention

Contact submissions are kept while they remain relevant to the inquiry or a related legal, security, or business record. Archived messages are not used for marketing.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through the contact form, email artyom.strelchuk@gmail.com from the same address used in the message. Some records may be retained when required by law or needed to protect the website.

Security

UpDownTreep Studio uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored submissions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Private admin access

The private admin area uses Google sign-in and is restricted to the authorised UpDownTreep Studio owner account. Public visitors do not need to create an account or sign in to browse the website or play Flingrift.

Children

Do not use the contact form to send personal information about another person without permission. If you are not old enough to consent to this use of your information where you live, ask a parent or guardian to contact UpDownTreep Studio for you.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated date will appear at the top of this page.
